In the 23-30 age bracket (basically millennials) these joints are getting fatter and fatter every year.


I train about 4-6 days a week so maybe I'm noticing it more than men that don't lift.

If you don't like fat bytches dating exclusively Black millennial joints is a challenge.

I was at a spot uptown in NYC the other night, and every joint that wasn't ugly was fat. They were younger than me too, about 22-24 :snoop:


I don't know any Black man that doesn't work out regularly, and yet I only know one Black woman that does work out. I've seen a Black girl in my gym twice in the last 3 years, meanwhile it's packed with cacs and Latinas doing their lower body routines.

I don't understand how these women be wanting nikkas built like superheroes but they look like a bag of laundry.

This is becoming a problem. Even on social media I'm starting to notice young Black women are fatter than ever.

Speak on it brehs.

This is a good thread, but do you ever notice that black women who go to the gym suddenly start thinking they are better than black men?

We can worry about all of those things plus black women at the same time. Most black men choose to go to prison ultimately - and can choose not to go to prison. And violence is what it is. So, moving on, we're talking about black women and working out. Why you still post on this forum in spite of the fact you hate black men is beyond me.

I don't think it's anybody's job to convince and get a group of people to work out more. I hate how people use other people to excuse their laziness. Mentioning how most people are obese or how the opposite gender doesn't do this or that is a lame excuse to continue being lazy.

If people really want to work out and improve themselves then they will do it on their own without needing to be coddled and without needing to see other people doing it first.

Im in ATL And every gym i go to is filled with black women. I will say more older black women work out than younger. Could be because younger chicks cant afford gym memberships or are banking on genetics until they have kids.

Nothing about me reads insecurity, yes you would like me to be insecure and "stay in my place," as a black woman but I am not fazed by you or your comments. You and every black man on here love to call a black woman insecure at the drop of a dime. Like that other guy in that colorism activist thread randomly called me insecure because I have dark skin. I'm sorry but I don't think lowly of myself because I am black or other black women. You yourself are not here for the advancement of black women, you're a fraud who is intimidated by a confident black woman.

Black women simply don't have the social catchet to maintain a real relationship with higher quality white guys. Even if a black woman can get a fit white guy, it will be because she is a 9/10 body, and there is something wrong with the white guy such that he can't compete for white women (i.e. he is short, socially awkward, etc). Normal black women like you simply can't get a fit guy who dresses well. Maybe you can get some loser with a shaggy beard who wears pants higher than his ankles, whom white girls ignore, but that's it. You can't get a fit black man either.

Moderation is the key word....like 1 glass ...not a bottle lol. It's heart healthy.

Kids in Europe drink win. It's healthier than drinking pop/soda or sugary drinks.
wine recipes are like 25% sugar. the sugar is fermented and turned into alcohol

The real problem is that when women are younger they have a high metabolism, and can eat what they want and not work out. By the time they have children and/or hit mid 30's and 40's, they're either set in their ways and their metabolism has slowed down, or they're trying to fight gravity and age plus work against a habit of eating junk. I used to be a size 3/4 and didn't have to think about a gym. Now I have to work out every fukking day just to maintain a 9/10. :mjcry:

I am curious where your thoughts are outside of just working out? Do you acknowledge other contributing factors or are you a believer that just working out is the key?

What other contributing factors? Are you referring to diet?

Most people aren't educated on health AND the food that is available to them is bad for their health. So lets fix that problem first, before we tell people to "just work out". This goes for more than just black women too.
It's not the dark ages anymore tho, we have the internet. A quick google search will give you all the information you need to know about health and exercising and diet and so much mor. For free at that!

Not to mention all this countless information of cheap and healthy alternative to bad foods online.
people can spend hours bullshytting on social media all day no problem. If they used a fraction of that time to research things like this that actually matter, they would be better off.
