This is the kind of question you wouldn't want the answer to first-hand. Plus there's no reason for every single nation in the world to all be lying about nuclear weapons. For this to be true, you'd have to be tricking world leaders into thinking they exist, and again, why? They'd know, and many countries would move very differently if nukes weren't a deterrent. World leaders are not willing to call that kind of bluff, because nobody's trying to get bombed into the Dr. Stone era. As they shouldn't.
