Here's what I do anytime I'm feeling regretful about passing up on something, especially women as of late:

Take stock of everything in your life you have going for yourself. And I mean be real critical. Like appreciate the fact that you're walking, healthy, not in jail, etc....

Because here's the thing: You have no idea what would've happened if you were to date X Girl.

Too often we fixate on the "Good" that we missed out on in a past opportunity. Not realizing there is just as likely a chance for it all to have ended in flames. And i don't even mean a bad breakup.

Whose to say you don't get with the girl, fall madly in love, find out she cheated on you, heartbroken you drive in a drunken stupor and end up in a accident killing someone and hurting yourself?

You can't even say "well i wouldn't do that" because while present you wouldn't do it, the you who dated that girl might've.

TL;DR version:
Fate and predestination are bullshyt so take stock in every decision youve made and didn't make thats kept you healthy and free this long.
