how do yall deal with regret?

If you are about to turn 30 you have to remember that you are still relatively young. You have another 30-35 years until you retire.

Forget about it and keep pushing. I don't regret things. I look at it as an opportunity that just wasn't for me. Things don't always work out in life. There's no good reason to harp on past failures. Let that shyt go fam. You got a lot ahead of you to focus on. If you're looking back you will miss new opportunities to be successful

I went through years of depression over his shyt.

What advice i can offer is to write all that shyt down so you dont dwell on it day in and day out. Next thing is (easier said than done) is to accept that its the past and aint a damn thing you can do about the past (took me two years to get to that point) . It never goes away ,its more that you just live with it.


Last step? . You still gotta life to live man. Not only that you gotta learn to live in the moment, keep those mistakes in so you don’t repeat them ( atleast try not to because we are human) .

Now take that and be glad u still alive and kicking to at least do better the next day cuz a lot of people did shyt they instantly regretted and kicked the bucket right after.

Those are my two biggest regrets as an adult. Sometimes I get pissed off about em but im over it like 20 minutes later...

You live and learn and use the mistakes and regrets as fuel to be better in the future, can't beat yourself down about it!
