How do y'all expect a mass migration to Africa to actually happen?

A mass migration might not be the best thing (at first). The first individuals to go (first wave) would need to be highly intelligent, business-minded, versatile people who have a solid plan to make their mark. If they are successful, it would open the door for others to migrate to other countries on the back of their success. Earlier in the thread it was stated, "If you are useless in the Americas, you will probably be useless in Africa too." To an extent, I agree with that because when you migrate to other countries, you need skills, education and a plan before moving to said country. To those who have no desire to move, obviously their goal is to do the best in Western countries. But people who are itching to move should visit their target country several times before moving. Again, all the articles and YouTube videos are not going to give you the whole picture. You need boots on the ground experience - period. If people don't do their research and/or lack education/skills, a mass migration would be a total disaster. So it's not just the quality of the country you'd move to, it's also about the quality of person you yourself are.

It's simple. If you're in America not doing anything progressive for yourself or your community, moving to Africa isn't gonna change anything.

Africa needs economic investment more than anything, and that's the main reason I'm going. I'm tired of seeing white owned companies in Africa making billions with just a couple hundred thousand in investments. African resources belong in tbe hands of Africans and only Africans. Everyone else shohld be kicked off the continent IMO, including the Arabs.

I agree partially, but I would say more so skilled labor. Obviously, investment is necessary to further the economy but there are some great examples of countries with access to capital that still can't seize the advantages presented due to lack of "human capital." Switching from an agro to a manufacturing society takes a lot of skilled labor, and it will take a while for the future generations to catch up. Therein lies the best opportunity for the diaspora as I stated above. The brain drain is real but if you have the added security of a US passport, you can live very well in Africa for a short period of time working on a project (say 2-4 years) and helping transform the country. That, in and of itself, would be a mutually beneficial opportunity for both the country and the diaspora visitor.

What I mean is investing money without the right people to work the job will not result in a growing economy.

I was just in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and visited a bunch of factories, one of them makes about 30% of H&M's products and all the high skilled jobs were foreigners (indians mostly due to their experience in textile and the similarities in our growth) but I noticed this in several different industries from construction (Chinese) to export (Saudi, India, Chinese) and while we have a lot of people graduating from different schools, it's not enough to keep up with the investment and development so we need to import skilled workers so that capital doesn't go to waste.

People "might" leave. But, once they don't have Internet, TV, reliable cell phone coverage, electricity, food and clean water, they are going to dip out.

You forgot Mental Slavery. Basically, not correcting mental slavery and strive for a first class standard of living is why a black migration will never work.
