The latest in a long line that started with blusher, mascara, eyeliner, weave, wigs, chicken fillets, liposuction, plastic surgery, false eylashes, curlers, lipstick, nail polish, push up bras, high heels, and photoshop. :manny:

I feel like waist trainers are for lazy broads that don't want to work out. I throw them in the same category that I throw Herbalife and body wraps: shenanigans.

I feel the same way. People should just take working out seriously and get a fit body, There is no point in having a small waist but cellulite ridden jiggly thighs and flabby upper arms. I think Waist training should be used after you have done a lot of working out and your body is in shape.

If you're gonna use it, at least own up to it. :manny:. Im not really up for all that black magic and fakery though, id prefer for a chick to just hit the gym

I had this chick telling me her curves were all natural...:comeon:
