How do y'all get your protein in?

Usually I don't have a problem but some days I just don't feel like cooking and the only quick abundant source of protein I have is my powder
(Switched up my brand, WOAT mistake this vanilla flavor ain't shyt:scust:)

So what y'all do? I'm also out of tuna and don't want to have to down that shake twice in one day:mjcry:

I eat at least lb of lean meat a day and have a 100-110g True Nutrition whey isolate shake a day

That gets me to 170-180 alone... everything from there is gravy
My shake was cash too.. I switched it up in a moment of weakness and now after every workout I gotta mix that garbage looking like:francis:

Eggs, Greek yogurt, 1% chocolate milk, turkey, chicken, tuna, cottage chesse, Polly chesse strings.

Also if I go out I usually get salmon, steak, burger or an egg whites & chesse sandwich depending where I go and how disciplined or bad I've been eating.

Haven't used whey since October and I haven't seen any difference in myself tbh :yeshrug:

Normal foods like eggs, tuna, chicken, fish, beans

Ive also been incorporating foods like red lentils, quinhoa (sp) and kidney beans simply because they have alot more protein than other foods and i find it a good way to get that extra protein. Havent used any whey in a while but thats more because i cant be bothered ordering it online
