How do yall handle coworkers asking for help about everything?

Man help them folks. Or get someone else to help them. It'll increase productivity if they actually needed whatever help you give them. Work is all about being as efficient and effective as possible.
She's indian breh, this is par for the course. She's going to annoy evert person she works with until someone let's her know she needs more training

That's not his job. She needs to speak to her supervisor not op. Op can tell her supervisor he needs to check in but Indians do this shyt even if they know the answers.

we love that shyt at my job... tbh i think i get concerns from others because i barely ask questions or ask for help.
i guess the thinking is that we are all smart and capable people so if someone is asking a questions or for help it will benefit everybody since we are working in teams

there is no "not my job" where i work at :heh:
we gon get it done one way or another :hug:

Help them, help them all as much as you can.
Keep a record of it.
After a few months talk to your boss that you should lead that team and you need a raise and a promotion.
Be a team leader if everyone comes to you.
Do the opposite of what you doing, do make yourself known to help everyone!!!

if it doesnt help you then dont worry ... if her job makes your's easier then help
but keep receipts if she tries to play you later on

if its her job and doesnt effect you... you should have played dumb from the jump
just be like "I dunno I dont do anything relating to any of that"
the dumber you play the less shyt she will ask you later


dont trust no women at work... they have to fight the hardest
dont trust anyone and keep receipts, that doesnt mean be a dikkhead but cover yourself always

if nikkas are trustworthy, they usually will throw themselves under the bus in front of you
you will have more funny and honest conversations with them instead of people just "gathering information"
people will be honest about their downfalls, family... past etc. Dont trust them either, but they are more reliable on a human level.

I guess you just helped me reach a realization... dont help laterally... help up. Make your boss look good, fukk people that are on the same level really. Its actually worth communicating and helping your boss because then the team is good, you are golden, and you are up higher on the list when they move up.

Me and her work the same position. Except shes senior and im midlevel.

today she ask me again about sending her my work to confirm that shes doing what shes doing her sht correctly after I told her what she may be doing wrong but she wanted to see my actual work. I told her i deleted it rough work after i wrote my summary so i dont have it anymore…. :yeshrug: she quickly got off the call after saying thanks:heh:


theres a difference between collaborating and doing your teammates work for them.

stop helping if "help" turns into you doing everything and the lazy person just saying "teamwork make the dreamwork" with their feet kicked up.
let whatever it is fail. don't accept "team" responsibility, single people out. It's not snitching to point out a lazy person.

nobody at work is your friend.

edit: also, if you can try to get your bosses to give you some kind of detailed breakdown of your duties. "you cover an area" is not detailed. If you can get them to tell you exactly what individual tasks people cover.
