How do yall handle coworkers that talk shyt behind your back?

I just got word that two ppl were hating but the person told me to ignore it bc these twi talk shyt on everyone.

He said they also thinks theyre the greatest thing since sliced bread.

The hood in me wants to check them but im tryna be strong.

Im kinda quiet in the office and dont attend many coworker events. I go to 1 out of every 3.

I just like to chill with my real friends and fam. So I dont.go to many events ya know.

Plus I work part time and im a gym rat.

Depends, if they hated on me cause our personalities clashed, thats their own problem - but then I go out of my way to make them feel uncomfortable, heh.

If it was based off some false shyt, Id check them instantly. What bothers me more is when the person who tells you this info then begs you not to say anything. If you wanna stir the pot, then you with us.
