How do yall handle coworkers that talk shyt behind your back?

I work as armed security. Most of the dudes i work with are all chilled, never had a problem, when i worked in retail with all them females it was bullshyt, backstabbing and BS 24/7. i dealt with it by getting a new job, dont play their game. Really though it sounds like they might see you as a threat, they want you to bite

Forget all that passive-aggressive advice about ignoring them and waiting for a moment to tell them off. I wouldn't even take it personally. Just focus on your work, get that money, and keep advancing.

You only need to worry about what your supervisor and the person who pays your salary think of you. If coworkers who don't sign your checks want to talk shyt, let them have at it.

ok so i work with a few thai ladies and they talk sooo much shyt about everybody so i wouldnt be surprised to know if they talk about me too. they already been in my business before and i ignored it. but i dont know if they gonna like me anymore after i spill the beans to their husbands about their shady asses. hitting on all the men that work here left n rite... sexual comments etc.

HOES will be hoes. and my life is better than theres anyway. i didnt get paid to come to a country and marry somebody i dont even know. i aint worried about them bytches. too much.

Depends where u work at....I work in a union environment so its basically impossible to get fired. I haven't had any issues personally but nikkas I work with have told people gossiping or that they got beef with to shut the fukk up to their faces. Management doesnt do shyt about it and u don't hear no gossiping after. Id be taking a similar approach if I got into that situation

Don't even get involved in workplace drama. That's female shyt. My mom owns her own business and typically hires women and has always had stories and problems with her employees getting tangled up in petty shyt. And some of these chicks are 40-50 years old smh.

Workplace drama is usually female driven... Not even worth the time to get involved in it. A couple times females had my name in their mouth for no reason, calling themselves "being mad" at me... I kept a grill on at all times around them, which only mad them more mad. Without me saying anything, and generally being a happy nikka, I slowly but surely made that soul burn slow. Ya see, they was miserable broads to begin with. So really, all they wanted was to drag someone down and have them be miserable as well... But when I refused to go out like that and kept my going, they got even more mad. They eventually got themselves let go.
