I used to play soccer and I was real shallow. I'd have contests to see who could have zero body fat percentage or lose the most weight. Pull up contests. Running laps until we puke. We pushed our bodies to the edge because it was our job and we dedicated our lives to making it pro. I'm 5'10 at my "fittest" I weighed 142. Check the BMI. That's not healthy. I thought I was fat too. I was insane.

Now that I'm done with soccer I eat whatever I want and fukk whoever I want without shame. I think gym rats are odder than fat people and chubby chasers. I'll never understand why people dedicated their lives to being fit when they're not professional athletes. nikka, be healthy, healthy isn't simply being skinny or being ripped. Kevin Durant has no muscle definition. But he's a world class athlete. So that says a lot about the mentality behind some fit freaks and fat shamers. I really believe they're insecure or have little to offer the world other than being fit
