Depends on the genre, but in a realistic fps I want the blood in eye, reduced speed, a limp, etc. until healed

Audibly or via vibration but both of those are hella over the top. All u need is the character making a comment or breathing heavy type shyt. But obviously it’s like this because of focus testing and the average gamer being dumb as shyt. So it is what it is
