Music for me. I've been reading about meditation. While I don't do it exactly, I do sit quietly for a while with no sound in the area for a certain amount of time to gather my thoughts and get organized.

For starters, browsing the coli makes you lose focus. So start from there.

I do one thing at a time. People get mad at me for it. But I know if I put more than on my plate at once I'll fukk up. I give whatever I'm doing all of my focus. Everything else gets ignored until I finish quit or die.

I also write everyday. Songs, poems, phrases, raps, memories. Whatever. I view it as organizing my thoughts and dumping unnecessary ones. It's therapeutic to me. It's why my posting on the coli are odd sometimes. I'm releasing my thoughts that clutter my mind.

I've been on my god shyt lately because I've been learning about the conquest of native Americans. I've also been researching symbolism of indigenous bands of natives. I've been watching a shyt ton of soccer lately. But I get to talk about it at work so it doesn't end up here.

If you like me, and you spend a lot of time at the crib.... going for walks helps tremendously. shyt, its 50 degrees out and Im about to go for a late night stroll. Spending all day staring at a computer screen can take a toll on your psyche.
