How do ya'll usually end the night?

I usually smoke a lil weed around 9 and turn in around 10 or so

Once in the bed, my wife usually goofs around on IG for a bit and then turns on some meditation music through an app on her phone. I'm usually knocked out and snoring before she gets to the tunes though lol

I gotta smoke a blunt before I even try to sleep. And then I usually put on a fear thy neighbor or snapped type show on ID channel to fall asleep to. Idk why but a murder mystery is a perfect night cap

Meditation Music before bed. I’ll set an alarm on my tv to turn off.

I did this or talk radio for ages. I always needed some sort of light noise to distract my mind..just recently I've been able to fall asleep in silence. I have no idea what changed

One of y’all snore?

I sometimes sleep in the basement cause my wife snores. Or my daughter comes and gets in the bed. Elbow all on my neck and knees in my back.

I'm the one that snores, she is the one that is Chun-Li in the bed. It took damn near a decade, but we decided that she keeps the bed since she gets the kids ready for school. I handle my business down here in the basement and just ride out to work.
