I finally saw this yesterday.
So overrated.

I'm actually shocked that Paul Thomas Anderson made this.
I wouldn't rank it among the top 100 movies of the decade.

Utterly forgettable.

Classic. PTA turning Sandler's "man-child" routine into something dark should have been done a long time ago.

I liked how we ended up with innocent, naive man-child Sandler in this and then a straight-up sleazeball, man-child version in Uncut Gems.

This film was so jarring upon first watch and then grew into one of my favorites. Brion’s score nails the chaotic mind of Barry’s. Hope he can work with PTA again someday. That Jeremy Blake artwork gets me everytime.
