The downward cycle of not doing much and living in a pandemic. It’s dystopian, kinda like the cyberpunk movies that showed the future. Well here we are:manny:. To quote a demotivational poster, ‘hard work pays off over time but laziness pays off now’.

It’s breaking the cycle breh. Fighting that voice in your head that says ‘do nothing and wallow in misery’ and actually doing something. Working out to build endorphins, walking, biking, hell go sledding or some shyt. That’s the mindfukk, because you are fighting the inner voice and once you actually do you feel good. Only it’s hard to do because voice saying do nothing is so loud.

You probably need to see a psychiatrist

or you can microdose off some shrooms

or you can do what our fathers and grandfathers did and develop a drinking problem :yeshrug:

What pain? What's your job? If it's muscular pain and your job is basically heavy manual labour, there is nothing that can be done about it. We need more details
