Again, my point is that if you are basing racism on the percentage of blacks there are in an area then in Toronto we should have close to the same amount of crime then you. Yet we don't. Bu This is not about numbers I'm talking percentages in ratio to other races..

What crimes are you referring to? Have you ever looked at the crime stats in America? Because crimes that people associate with Black people: murder, assaults and drug trafficking are tied to drugs; which is organized crime. So gangs are the problems in the Black community in the USA.

Crimes like rape, arson, kidnapping, thefts etc., are by and large crimes committed by White people. Those are crimes too and Black people don't even commit those type of crimes on the same scale as White people in those categories. Btw, White Americans are probably much more violent than White Canadians.
