There are whole sections in America where there is not shyt going on. Hell there are whole parts in Chicago; where it ain't shyt going on. Where ever there are gangs fighting for territory to push drugs then there is going to be violence. Hell you probably haven't noticed it in Toronto, probably because the Canadian government doesn't have the backwards ass drug laws that the USA has.
