How do you changebthe user agent in Safari?

I hate mobile view for websites. I like to see full desktop sites on my phone. Twitter won't let you view the full site anymore for example..

How do I do this?

I know that but that doesn't always work for certain sites.. I can't get the desktop version of Twitter anymore..

Use a different browser....or use Tweetbot.
