How do you clean your chicken?

i dont, just cook it. Putting water on chicken just spreads bacteria and does not clean anything. If anything I will brine chicken in salt and hot water, but thats for flavor.

I rinse it with cold water, and pat it down with paper towels. I have never once been sick.

I let mine soak in salt water to help get the blood out, then I cut off the fat and/or tendons prior to patting it dry, then cooking.

Rinse it with cold water. Ppl talking about transferring bacteria to other surfaces like you can’t clean those surfaces. I’m not gonna take some meat out of a pack and just plop it into a pan without rinsing it off.
