How do you convince black developers/software engineers to work with u?

you're probably not doing a good job of selling them on the idea. do you have an actual picture of the whole thing? or are you just on some "hey let's build a black business" with no actual plan or drawings, blueprints, etc. that show what the end user interface or product would look like and potential revenue

People that work at start ups are usually those that push the edge on new technology and risk takers.

Microsoft is anything but that it is a very conservative company.

so I'm coming to y'all and asking directly.

I live in Atlanta and have talked to black developers/software engineers that won't make that "jump" be poor for a minute to get rich later. However I have approached white dudes and they are hitting me up to this day trying to work with my company.


The focus is minority oriented and tech based. Search mbe's basically none are technology focused vendors now and it's ripe for us just to make like 30-50 mill a year.

I really want black developers/engineers but at this point my time is limited and the white boys are down bc they see how profitable it is.

It doesn't matter as long as you are the creative director. Once it gets off the ground, fire all the unimportant cacs and hire the opportunistic brehs that you want so badly.
