Or they learn to only pick the ones that matter in the long run. Don't get a rep for being whiney or seen as emotionally reactive. That way, when you do speak up one day, people will take it seriously.

@opulence The thing I know is that HR works for the company and not the worker. Get as much documentation as possible regarding your accusations of being targeted. The company will be gathering as much information to dispute the accusations and if needs be, build a case against you if proven false

I worked for myself and plan to again very soon I'm just trying to stack more money......when my commission started slowing up...I had to get a steady income...I have a mortgage..car note and other bills...sometimes you gotta humble yourself and make money....

This. Had the same thing happen to me. Like people said earlier in this thread:

1. Gather info and document with evidence
2. Luckily I had another coworker having problems and documented too
3. Look for another gig
4. Trust few and fukking work; giving the manager nothing to build a case if possible
