How do you deal with fukkboy managers and cacs at work

Started my first job and most of the people there cool but theres a few fukkboy managers

I know that you arent at work to make friends and shyt and its a part of the working world but having some flaming moist breh and frail middle eastern cac fukking with you is annnoying af. I hate micromanaging mfs who treat it like its their business.

I know im being immature but need some older Coli brehs to refocus me. I want to join the Air Force so I need to get used to this bullshyt I guess

Ignore it as best you can, HR can't help you if it came to serious harassment/conflict. As a Black Man at corporate level you can't really get drawn into any conflict as you'll be seen as a negative influence. No matter what, it will be seen as your fault...

Once you realize the only power they have is in the office space in which they take out frustrations on everyone and they have to go home to face their problems (cac wife smells like a dog, Cac kids with ADHD torturing animals, can't fight), you know that you've won ultimately. Also, they know they can't physically intimidate or bully you, so they only can do mind games...

Gain experience, bounce for higher pay, then repeat.

If you have to talk or be around these nikkas keep it moving, if they say whatsup, say it back. if they dont, then you aint obligated to say shyt.

i have troubles wit this.. ive lost a few jobs.

once i had this boss say 'you have a black man attitude' because we had an argument about something, i was right nd not backing down. he didnt like that

one of my regrets in life isnt snuffing that bytch ass cac after i slid wit a couple hundred dollars of stock on my way out

oh and he tried to hold out on my holiday pay he owed me.. but i still had his work vehicle at my crib.

so i said na buddy you get the car back when i get paid.. i didnt get paid for about 2 weeks and he kept tryin to call me everyday

anyway, when the money hit my account i dropped the car off wit no tread on the tyres, trash all through it and im pretty sure the clutch was on the way out

my second regret was not leavin a 'nikka wit Attittude' cd in there, honestly curse myself out for not doin that
