How do you deal with fukkboy managers and cacs at work

Try your best to focus on what you're doing and being the best employee you can be. If their shyt starts interfering with what you're doing then don't be scared to stand your ground. When bullshyt happens at my job it's always around me and it doesn't involve me because I respect myself, my co workers and I try to represent myself the best I can.

Ignore it as best you can, HR can't help you if it came to serious harassment/conflict. As a Black Man at corporate level you can't really get drawn into any conflict as you'll be seen as a negative influence. No matter what, it will be seen as your fault...

Once you realize the only power they have is in the office space in which they take out frustrations on everyone and they have to go home to face their problems (cac wife smells like a dog, Cac kids with ADHD torturing animals, can't fight), you know that you've won ultimately. Also, they know they can't physically intimidate or bully you, so they only can do mind games...

Gain experience, bounce for higher pay, then repeat.

This right here. Everything you said brotha is true. You have to look at these jobs like lebron james. Long these checks clearing every 2 weeks or 1 week then you good. But if something better comes along you bounce.....it is a two way street. They can hire you and you can leave. Long as you understand that you good and can deal with these fools cause you really are in control in the end.

I know im being immature but need some older Coli brehs to refocus me. I want to join the Air Force so I need to get used to this bullshyt I guess:yeshrug:

Start your own business...it's like this everywhere...a few co-workers snitched on me at a couple of jobs and got me fired...they don't care about you on these jobs...start to learn what you stand for and what you can or cannot accept...will rap 2 u later...:salute:

Make sure you stay professional no matter your emotional state.
Learn how to document incident reports though. It'll help you with process making and execution in the future.

Yeah Id say Im pretty professional. Im punctual and put in a shift. I have to stop taking their shyt personal and letting it throw me off. Makes me self concious that Im not a good worker or some shyt.

Some people at my job already do dumb shyt enough for me to realize that I'm most definetly not a bad worker. Also, a lot of the workers who are in a higher positions at a jobs are usually self-conscious about themselves and how well they're doing their work. Remember that. They have the same struggles even though they moved up.

My boy is currently dealing with an obnoxious cac who is new in the department and is trying to make a name for himself on the backs of others.. Always says and does some sly shyt even though my breh has far more influence in the company and a higher position.

He's a calculated type person tho so he is setting this cac up for failure :russ:

If he shows any emotion it won't look good for him.

Yours is just a part time job tho breh, so just ride it out and thank God that you don't work there full time. You can also look for another job while still keeping this one. Don't bounce until you've secured another job.

Dunno, I'm usually managing them and for the most part, I'm chill as fukk, give all task out off bat and walk the fukk away doing me with my music playing, help out those who need it.

It’s these CACLET teens that I really want to put hands on one was banned for stealing so they on some Asslicking loyalty shyt.

They even have a lil mulatto bedwench (it’s an oxymoron I know) among their crew even though she was a c00n I ignored her

I do security at shopping centres so these 16 year old boys with birdchests know you can’t put hands on them especially since I’m no door supervisor

so it presents a moral dilemma if I put hands on them then it ain’t self defence but I had that lil cac mad:umad:
