- Don´t acknowledge it
- Stay SUPER professional
- Stay calm
- When you feel heated, count to 10 and only think: get the money
- Be pro-active: ask colleagues if you can help with anything (this builds some good will at least among your peers)
- Do not discuss how much you hate these people with colleagues: they WILL throw you under the bus to get ahead
I hate to say it, but you gotta be somewhat wary on brehs and what you divulge to them. The c00ns will throw you under the bus worse than cacs by a long shot. I'm not going to lie, I've had a few meltdowns/losses of composure at work (due to family deaths), but that was the only time I showed any true emotions to anyone. Outside of that, just play the little game, gain experience, stack some bread, and think of ideas to go independent.
Theres some cool people at work, but I don't fukk with any body. I've just had too much experience in mostly white work environments to trust getting chummy with anyone. Plus a lot of them are low-key

Keep it professional with the managers. Don't gossip about your co-workers or vent with others on the job. Ppl you least expect to be cool or know each other do and will repeat what you said. Sadly, the managers ain't the only fucbois. You'll see that unfortunately a lot of brothas will be on that fukk shyt too.
Don't trust mfs on the job with no personal business bc everybody who pretends to be cool, ain't cool. Mfs be having agendas... But don't be too quiet either, cause you'll stick out. It's a balance.
