showing any sort of emotional response from racists will just play into their hands..they are sick minded individuals that need constant reminders of their privilege so they can feel better about their lives. I work for a telecommunication company and i have alot of white clients who come with attitude and racist undertones..they will try to demean you to the point they can get an emotional response but i straight up hit them with the poker face and monotone voice...when they see I don't give a shyt about them they tend to back down...Most racists are cowards
I used to work in telecommunications and that whole industry is just racist as fukk. You run into a lot of good ole boy co workers and the customers think just because a brotha is at work he has to take their sh1t.
I deal with racism by not dealing with white folks unless I have to. I don't speak to them, I don't answer any questions that aren't work related, and I try not to go to places that they frequent. White folks can't joke without being racist, they will always discriminate, they can kill me for anything, and they are just devilish. Why even try to deal with something like that?
I noticed that white folks only get racist when you acknowledge them so I don't. I don't look their way, I don't smile at them, I don't hold the door for them, they are invisible to me.
