See, I think we have a responsibility to pull our people aside and let them know how they're coming across. I think people regarded as sell-outs and c00ns are victims too, they just don't know it yet. Some may not receive it well, but we may be the wake-up call they needed. Of course if they're above you in rank and/or you know they will retaliate in a way that hurts your money, then it may be best to just leave them alone.

I had a supervisor that made jokes with the white "higher ups" about having a belligerent family, how her white husband stepped up as a step dad to her kid when she was a single mom when black men left her in the dust, and other disgusting racial, stereotypical jokes. Around me and other black women she was the rudest, nastiest person ever, but kowtowed to the whites and was laughin it up I steered clear of her, kept it strictly professional. I got a black friend who sometimes jokes about diversity and racial quotas, but he doesn't really come across as self-hating or anything.
