You could try going to your profile finding all your post and just deleting your responses. Then remove whatever email you used to set this account up.

Click on your username in the top right corner > if you go all the way to the bottom you will see “log out”, click that and then dont log back in
Accounts cannot be deleted.

Change your password to something random then logout and never log in again.
