How do you develop a killer work-ethic?

You grind out of necessity and urgency first when you realize you need to get your shyt together, you need to graduate, or you need to make a change. Some people never feel that urgency which is why they stay lazy or un-motivated.

Highly successful people, however, feel its a necessity and that its urgent to achieve at a high level. That's why studies show smart people worry more and have greater levels of anxiety. And if you notice, many successful rappers are smart or well-spoken and many tout how well they did in school b/c they've been developed that work ethic

These people's assistants have assistants. Don't fall for it.

Logic himself said he works that much, and I believe him. I don't think he would lie - his work-ethic shows in his projects.

You either got it or you dont and if you dont you need drugs.

We measure life in milestones. Compress ya long term ones into a week/month.

Then to get that bullet to the head commitment, think of something scary/painful. (sending momdukes nudes, giving ya girl ya password, a pre-dated check to the KKK, giving ya TV/sneaker collection to a craigslist stranger...whatever it is)

Then put that power in someone else's hands. In other words you either achieve it or one the above atrocities happen.

You have to develop and have clear goals. Set up a clear plan to reach those goals...Educate yourself, a lot of people just don't know how to reach a goal, so learn, Become master at what you want to be successful at...Invest your time to what ever it is you're doing.... Work that plan every day. Focus on the moment and winning the day in working your plan. Don't be caught up in how long it takes, with you working, and dedicating yourself to your plan, You'll be able to reach any goal you set for yourself....

I remember reading the Mike Tyson book and he said while training with his first trainer cus d Amato he used to use affirmations ten minutes a day to stick to his diet and believe he is the best fighter ever
It was either in the book or a interview he did
Not just affirmations but it's also the desire that people just have to succeed in life
