It won't be easy at first but once your body gets used to it then it will become as natural as breathing
Habits. It's all habit. Develop strong routines and eventually it becomes as automatic as putting toothpaste on your toothbrush and turning on the tap.
Will power is a muscle, so if you ingrain shyt into your brain that is part of your everyday mechanics, you won't mentally burn out or wear yourself out.
They use this technique on people with Alzheimer's to give them a healthy & happy life. They can't remember what just happened an hour ago, but if you threw em out on the street, they'd know how to get back home.
I read on a lot of these rappers and how they work 12 hours a day. How did they bring themselves to doing this? Is there any advice you can give?
Do tell moreTo be honest... a lot of this "work" a LOT of these Artists do is nothing more than SITTING.
12 Hour Studio Sesion for example...
Honestly... cats sit around the Studio in chairs or on a nice comfy couch for hours in between takes. Cats watch TV, play Madden or 2k, browse the Internet, talk amongst eachother, order food & eat for an hour, etc. In a typical 12 hour studio session, maybe 1-2 Hours of that is ACTUAL recording/writing.
Plane rides? Sitting...
Tours? Outside of the actual Hour Performance at MOST, you're sitting. Sitting backstage chilling, talking, watching TV, browsing the Internet, etc. Sitting on the Tour Bus in between Cities, Venues, etc.
Radio Interviews last what? An Hour at most? And you're still sitting. After & before Interviews you're sitting in your Tour Bus playing Madden, 2k, etc, talking, browsing the Internet, etc. Sitting.
I've done everything with Artists from D-Listers to A-Listers & I can tell you this... none of them work nearly as hard as they claim they do, Simple.
Athletes? They work hard...
