Theres no easy way tbh. Some people take adderal or vyvsnse but those are very bad for you in the long term and work less and less after awhile.

The reality is what separates the good from the great is how much you're willing to live to your full potential which only you can do.
If you start doing everything in life to your full potential (like putting in an extra hour of studying to get a 100% instead of a 90%) it will start to become natural for you and you'll apply that ethic to everything. It won't happen over night but if you work gradually and shoot to improve yourself by 1 percent everyday you'll be working almost 4x as hard after a year

If you don't feel motivated enough then you're not trying hard enough. Good luck[/QUOTE

Do it.

Everything you do, work to your potential, not your quota. Even brushing your teeth. Take every task you do serious.

This will spill over into anything you're doing in life. Do it to the best of your ability, and if you realize you're trash, then research how to improve that aspect and continue doing it.

That is, if you even want to do it.

Spend time around lazy boring mothafukkas that did nothing with their life at least once, not too long or regularly. That should motivate the average man to go harder.

if there was an easy shortcut or way to do it, everyone would

discipline is a skill that needs to be practiced just like every other skill.

How can you go through life and be a slave to your own desires?

real shyt It should make you feel emasculated that the rational conscious part of your brain is too weak to control your irrational animalistic desires

Forcing yourself to choose long term success over short term pleasure gets easier over time until you have complete control, like improving your left handed layups. shyt is hard af at first but gets natural over time because you spent your whole life neglecting your left and using your right. If you spent your whole life procrastinating and giving into temptation it will feel awkward and wrong when you try to accomplish something.

Practically speaking it takes about a month of a daily repeated routine until that routine becomes a habit. No other way, you gotta force yourself to work for 30 days straight no exceptions if you want a strong work ethic.

But the effort you invest into becoming more disciplined will pay off more than you can imagine:banderas:
Definitely a habit I agree
