One is already windows 7. The other new HD will be Ubuntu. Are there an goody step by step guides out there? I installed Ubuntu on the second hard drive already. But it doesn't prompt me to choose an OS on startup.

The Yay
quick solution would be to go into bios and choose which HDD to boot first. not the most convenient thing in the world, but you'll live.

after that, google dual booting...its not terribly trivial but not too hard either, there are some guides out there. gl.

USUALLY EASIER TO INSTALL WINDOWS FIRST THEN UBUNTU AFTER. IT USUALLY FINDS YOUR WINDOWS PARTITION AND INSTALLS A BOOTLOADER TO MAKE THINGS SIMPLE.

Basically this, it can be done but then you need to fukk around with the MBR and it's usually more pain than what it's worth.
