how do you face your problems head on?

ive spent the last 5 years running from my problems and using every form of escapism (except hard drugs) imaginable. ive been told to stop running away and face my problems.

the problem is i dont know how to do that. my probems are so deeply buried i dont even know what the fukk they are anymore. all i know is that they always catch up to me know matter how far or fast i run. and fukk my life up.

like how do i actually face my problems. is it talking to someone about them? because how would that help?

my main form of escapism is intense exercise (boxing), drowing out my mind with music and games, and posting on message boards.

ive had some horrific shroom experiences where ive been confronted head on with my problems and i did not like it at all. my trips are normally pure hell for 6 hours. so thats not an answer.

what the fukk is the answer? :damn:

You got all type of problems

yes smoking weed is the only medicine i use. weed is a medicine not a cure. it helps me keep sane and stop from killing someone. but the problems are still there.

But yeh in general findin a confidant, whether a professional or not, is always a good start*. Actually apeaking about wut ur dealin wit and how u feel, instead of keepin it all in ur head, not only feels freeing and takes some weight off ur chest

But it allows u to analize ur problems from a different angle, almost from like a 3rd person perspective. Listenin to urself speak somehow makes u think more logical, and that alone can bring about some resolutions.

I applaud u for not ever takin to drugs tho to deal wit the pain.

*id recomond a professional or at least someone u feel is gonna be non judgemental,
But with that being said ud be surprised how non judgemental and supportive loved ones can be when u actually open up to them so dont be scared

my mind plays tricks on me. that voice in my head tells me "you aint shyt. you are a loser" over and over and over again all day every day. thats why i have to drown it out wih music or boxing. because when someones trying to take your head off you dont have time to think about how much of a loser you are.

i come home from the gym feeling great. i love boxing. but then im back in the rral world. no job. broke. crimjnal record. stealing food. and i feel like shyt again. the min wage jobs i do get make me feel like even worse shyt to th point where i reguraly snap at bosses and get fired. its a vickis circle.

OP, before anything else, you need to ask others how they face their problems head on - because that might shed some light on how to face your own problems. Head

Separate from these thoughts.

If your hearing them that means you are not speaking them. They are foreign thought forms.

Go deeper into yourself. Go into music and into boxing. Find and acknowledge that feeling space. This is your mental home.

Amplify, strengthen, build and cultivate that space. This is the vehicle that will overcome the world.

The fact you can catch these thoughts means you have created enough space to fight them off.

Don't feel guilty about having them. Don't judge yourself or feel bad about it. Just out breathe and out last them. Your true self is SILENT. And YOU speak from that silence.

These negative thoughts are the space between you and what you see, and how you compare yourself to the world. They are external. They literally float in the ether of society.

They are not you. Do not become them, do not let them become you.

There are thought forms floating in the air, and emanating from others. Literally like a cloud of smoke. Through meditation you will be able to create a zone, a space, to fend off these thoughts, create your own, and then create your own path and future.

The fact your going through this means your on your way OUT of it. The average person in society dwells in this energy soup. They are beaten and broken and live in it without hope of escape.

What your really afraid of is actually making it as a successful boxer.

Yea smoking weed helps. I suggest going thru ur action with as much composers a self control as possible. I like to isolate myself from everyone get some good and a bong and just think about everything. I usually come up with great ideas the only problem is when I sober up I forget what i said I was going to do. :mjlol:

you should write a book or run a self help website man. id also like to pm you about helping me design a real personal tatoo.
