The only way I can co-sign the whole "invite her to go to the gym with you" suggestion is if she's willing to just cop a membership because we've got to be realistic here: a day pass for a guest is about $5 a pop, and if you're working out consistently, it'd be foolish to drag her along, pay for a day pass every time, and and break from your routine to show her the ropes.

I did this with my ex (it actually cut the cost of my membership down by making her get her own). Showed her what supplements to cop and basic routines with machines & free weights. After a while, we'd just go to the gym, split up, do our thing, talk shyt during water/rest breaks, and meet up for core/cardio at the end.
