how do you get dragon armour on skyrim?

because theres no way i can get my smithing to 90. by the time my smithing gets to 90 I would have finished every quest in he game and it would be pointless wearing it anyway.

Seriously, you have plenty of time. I don't think you understand how long that game really is with all of its side missions and expansions.

I just started the game now. I found a ring of minor smithing. im wearing it now.

dont "learn" / disenchant from it, there's a ring out there which is 20%-25% effective...
