How do you get Google Play Music on iPhone?

I saw in another thread that you can upload your music to google and play it anywhere. I tried to do this on my phone and it says I need a Google Play Music account to get started. Where I get one from?

Go to play.google.com and log into your Google Account, it should then ask you to upload your music to Google Play. Once its all uploaded you just need to log in to that address and you can play your music on any computer. They have an App for using it on Mobile.

I use it to play music at work, its perfect since my work computer blocks Pandora and Spotify but not Google Play
