You don't...there is no reason to be using that part of the Internet. Regardless of what people might tell you about the privacy aspect, your identity online is never completely hidden, no matter what VPNs or whatever technology you're using, trust me you've already been found.

The moment you enter the dark web, best believe you've already been traced and tracked by law enforcement and federal agencies, they're just waiting for you to click on some shyt you have no business clicking on.

The only type of people using the dark web are those engaging in illegal activity (black market drugs, murder for hire, torture rooms, pedo shyt, etc) trying to stay “hidden”.

What's soo dayum important that you need to hide your identity online for? Drugs, although I don't condone that, you'd be safer buying them off the street, where you can put a face to a name and a name to a face. You shouldn't trust things being sold on the dark web; all types of crazy people are on there. Shyt, you mess around, and somebody sells you something laced with poison, etc, and it kills you, ruins your insides, etc.
