How do you get women to come over your place on the First Date?

Even if a woman wants to come over on the first date most will say they are uncomfortable coming over because they don't really know you yet. How do you bypass their defense and get them to come through to the crib the first time?

the chicks who really like u will say that but will come nonetheless. the ones that dont wanna come, suggest a spot very close to ur place. a coffee spot. mention it'll be in public so that'll put them at ease.

when u meet and if you feel the vibe is going smoothly, u can then be like "u know i aint feelin this spot right now. u wanna head over to my place? im right next door."

the ones who think ur cute will make a joke to the effect "how do i know ur not gonna cut me up in pieces?" then u be like "look at this face, lol, does this look like the face of a killer? actually, how do i know ur not gonna do exactly that?" then she'll playfully get on the defensive. and as she's talking, get up from ur seat and motion for her to come with u. she'll follow.

I just talk to them on the phone a lot until they get comfortable enough to come over before we actually go on a date. It been working all year
