your hair strands are like flower heads..you need to keep cutting of the dead heads to get that new growth wanting to come out. don't use cotton pillow cases cuz it dries out your hair. dont ever wrap a cotton towel around your head. eat vitamins for hair growth and don't shampoo every day. your scalp genetically takes care of your strands. don't dry your scalp out
