As far as the physical side, when folks say "don't date chicks with mulitple bodies" its not the reality of her having multiple dikks. The past is the past and unless you in an extremely small city, its unlikely you running into a past nikka who hit.

The problem is the judgement you start to question for her future judgement calls. Her past tells you one dikk wasn't enough, so what peace of mind do I have that one dikk is gonna be enough now? That's why body count makes folks insecure.
