Then tell her friends and cut her off. Girls who say stuff like that aren't suicidal. They want attention. Suicidal people don't usually talk about it, they just do it.

Call the police so they can take to her to the local ER for a psych evaluation. Please do this as someone in this mindstate is likely not clearly, and may even accidentally kill themselves.

And if she is joking, the miserable experience she will have in the psych ward for 3 days will likely dissuade her from trying this in the future.

But please stop BSing and call 911. Alert the police to take her to the hospital. Or better still the TS needs to do it himself.

this happened to me one time at a party. It was weird as hell. I comforted her and then I immediately called her sister and told her what happened. Make sure you notify a relative as soon as possible.
