How do you handle living several states away from family?

fly out every other month, maybe they will pop over here 2 times a year
at this rate i be glad to get back my home and back to my life

You just gotta find friends in whatever social interests you have.

No summers home

Came home for summers but I thought that would go without saying. During the school year, the only time time I had the urge to go back was for the holidays. Always packed the night before and bounced the second I was done with mid-terms/finals.

I call them regularly almost every Sunday and play COD with my lil brother. Sometimes I call them on my way home from work.
