Lmao I just treat them like I do the guys. I look serious, but I'm actually always joking with a really dry sense of humour. So I'll tell my jokes when I first meet them with a deadpan face and watch them look mad uncomfortable . If they hit back with the banter, I know we'll get on great. If they don't, then I'll be polite but probably won't be too friendly.

In my field 60 hour work weeks are very common, most of us spend more time at work then at home I guess that's why people feel the need to feel some sort of intamacy with a co worker ., I dunno
