Yet it starts at youth and it is the key to most obesity problems.
Simple put, less suger=less carbs being consumed, stored and put into fat reserves..
If you got bad habits eating nothing but candy, cakes, cereal, cookies, fast and fried food as a youth with no encouragement to exercise..
Thats going to transcend into adulthood.
They put sugar in EVERYTHING for no good reason other than to raise the carbohydrate level..

To me public school lunch programs offer the shyttiest choices in food and kinda encourage unhealthy eating choices that carry over into adulthood. I remember there being a pizza bar and fench fry bar, ice cream sandwiches, sodas, and other types of junk being offered daily. The school lunch menu wasn't that much better outside of the salad bar.
