Depends. Typically I like my chicken wings fried. Now if we're talking buffalo wings, I don't like them breaded. When I make my own I typically pop them in the air fryer and then toss them in my buffalo or spicy korean sauces. Then back in the air fryer a bit.

These wings here in Atlanta be too schmall. I like the big wings, and I don’t care about that flat or drumstick stuff. I like mine wet too

Best wings are un-breaded but still crispy. Just throw a little baking powder on it, fry it up and throw some honey bbq sauce on it then grill to caramelize.
