What is it with flats? I don't get "all flats" at all, considering drums and flats are good to me. Just make sure they're extra crisp.

Crispy hot wings with a side of cool ranch is top tier.

Wingstop is decent, but the local shops in Memphis were the best wings I've had so far.

To me the crisp is important, whether wet or dry.
