I did, it's possible; I'll do it for my girl, not some random female. My last girl (ethopian) was getting a lil chubby in the midsection; so what I did first was to take her on walks (you know spending quality time) and when I we use to go places I would park far and take the stairs. It worked a little bit and she started exercising; but what made her exercise more was when I took her to my homies b-day party at this club. The club was full of those fake instagram hoes, that get surgery to have flat stomachs. I did that to make her feel bad about herself, it worked and she started going to the gym.
Women are different, some women you can tell them "you need to hit the gym," and they will hit the gym (that is very rare, but if your izm is crisp it will be no problem). If you do that to other women, they will get an fukk you attitude and will eat more. Some other women, you have to bring them around other women to show them that their is competition.
My homie's girl was getting fat and he asked me, next time I bring my girl around you look at her stomach and shake your head. So when he brought his girl his girl to chill and she said hey wassup, I was like chilling and then I looked at her stomach and shook my head. She hopped her ass in that gym and started eating right.

your wife/girl... tell her the doc said you need to get in better health or it can get very serious... tell her you need her to help you... start off easy with walks everyday.. make it your "date" time.. unwind from work.. get to talk away from phones... even take the kids (if you got them)... slowly work her up to the gym
women will do any damn thing as long as they think they are helping their man and spending time with him
