Lie about how great you are.
send audio cover letters, trust me on this.
last week, i applied for a job and within 10 mins I got a reply for an interview. He said great way to make your resume stick out, you're the first person to ssend in something like that.![]()
Was this McDonalds? Im not sure you could do this with every field or job
OK OK....so what did you say? was this like a 30 second commercial about your abilities and skills? Put us on...It was actually for about 5 ad agencies, I got 3 replies due to it. Don't be a smart ass.![]()

I'd post one but then I open myself to be searched and whatever.
I introduce myself, go through my job history and a few points for each place/things I've done that may help me succeed at the job, other skills I have, why I am a good addition to the team and a closing.
They run between 4-10 minutes depending on the requirements of the job. The one I got my latest interview for was about 4 mins. The longest one I've made is 15 mins. I use them because you're able to build an emotional connection with the hiring manager without them even reading your resume or going in for an interview. I call it a one sided interview because that's what it is pretty much.
@ wolves but yea this seems to be a great idea. I always wondered about when you go to a fill out your profile on a company site and they ask you to attach a resume or 'any other' attachment if they really open thise attachments. Good shyt
I usually post the link in the cover letter section or if I have to email it I'll write a small paragraph with the link in it so they see that first before going to open my resume.
ALWAYS SAVE AND ATTACH YOUR COVER LETTER/RESUME AS A PDF. MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND EASIER TO READ (Yes I posted this in caps but it's an important step when applying.)
