Mine and Whatever Concerns me
If I wanted to take 10 seconds of audio from a song from my iTunes, or say from youtube....How do I go about doing that?

Then, how do I host it.

Think: Audio gif so to speak.

I asked wicked nikka extraordinaire @Vado , but he ignored me so I had to make this thread.

If you want to cut a clip of audio from an song from iTunes it's a bit out of the way but it's very much possible.

You can trim itunes by the following method:

1) Select the song you want to trim in iTunes
2) Right click the song and select "get info"
3) Put your desired "Start Time" and "Stop Time" in the appropriate place and click okay
4) Right click the song again
5) But now select, "Create AAC/MP3* Version"

In order to actually find the file itself if you're using windows (I don't know Mac) you can right click on whatever you just made and click "Show in Windows Explorer" so you know where to find the file when you decide to host it somewhere.

I also wouldn't happen to know where to host the audio file either.

Concerning getting something from Youtube I've always used an add-on from an Firefox Browser (Youtube downloader add-on) and used the same steps as before.
