How do you order your steak?

When you go out to eat, how do you like your steak cooked? Have you changed your opinion as you've gotten older?

I typically go medium-well or sometimes medium. Used to get my steak well-done until I got teased into trying it medium. I can see why ordering well-done steak is considered ghetto though.
